DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT UPFRONT?

Yes, in order to fully secure your booking you will need to provide a deposit within 24 hours. Your deposit is non-refundable.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAKEUP BY LUCY O ACCEPT?

We take card, cash,  PayPal or bank transfer payments.

I WANT TO COME WITH A FRIEND — DOES MAKEUP BY LUCY O OFFER PACKAGE DEALS?

Definitely! We offer drinks & nibblies for group bookings! Check it out under 'book online'

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

  • Each service I provide requires a non refundable deposit due within 24 hours to full secure your booking

  • You will need to come to your appointment 5 minutes early to fill out a consent form

  • If you require me to travel there is a charge - please ask for a quote or when you make a booking please mention in your mesage

I HAVE JUST GOT MY LASH EXTENSIONS DONE AND A FEW HAVE FALLEN OUT, WHAT DO I DO?

It is normal for a few extensions to fall out, as your natural lashes fall out so will any extensions attached to them and we are constantly growing and loosing natural lashes, however, if they are falling out the same day as you have had them done, please notify us ASAP!
